Your satisfaction is our main concern!

That's why, if you are unhappy with the products, we have a 30 days money back guaranteed policy, under the following conditions:

What qualifies for a refund:

  • You ordered one color and you received another color
  • You ordered one size and you received another size
  • You received a different brand than Bella Canvas for T-Shirts and Gildan for Hoodies. (we chose only the best material base for our prints)
  • Your print is visibly damaged or there is something that went wrong during the production and it affects the quality of the print.
  • Your products are torn or damaged because of transportation

For all the reasons mentioned above, snap a picture as proof and send it to us. The best way is to contact us through the floating Messenger button visible on every page of our site.

We do not accept returns!

As your order is printed on demand or it has a high level of personalization, that product cannot be resold. 

If your case qualifies for a refund, you have two options:

1. Get your money back minus the shipping costs. 

2. Get a store credit coupon covering entirely your expense from your faulty order (minus the shipping costs), and order again.

 

What does not qualify for a refund: 

  • You ordered the wrong size and after receiving the product you realize it is too big or too small. 

We have a size chart on each product page both in metric and imperial measurements so, please pay attention  when you order.

  • The picture you uploaded for a custom order is low quality

On the page for personalized design you have a warning button that activates if there is something wrong with your file:

If you check the warnings, you can know upfront if your print is going to be successful or not. 

  • Your entered the wrong address for your delivery
  • Your parcel was lost or misplaced by the carrier.

Once the product is out of the printing hub, it is out of our hands. Of course, we can contact the carrier and file a complain, but we cannot guaranty a fast or satisfactory resolution. We advise you to check the tracking number to see the status of your shipment.
